I don't know about pharmacy. I do know this SSD is covered with 5 years, or 300 TBW factory warranty, whichever comes first. I think it'll be fine for your intended purpose.

You won't notice a huge difference, unlike upgrading from an HDD to SSD, but if you ran speed tests you'd notice some improvement over DRAM-less SSDS in certain operations.

Yeah, but I purchased many items from the warehouse and got things not as described. If I wanted to buy something used, I would try ebay as ebay and amazon warehouse are almost the exact same thing.
