Also Tracfone only has wifi calling when using their T-Mo phones/networks. They don't offer it for their Verizon or AT&T networks. Basically minutes are minutes on TF.

I don't know if this phone has WiFi, but using tracfone on WiFi still uses up your minutes/texts/data. At least that is the way it has worked for me & anyone else I've talked with.
