I just spoke to customer service and she said to delete the promotional code and order should go through. Will need to call them back to adjust your order with promotional code.:peace:

I had problems with normal checkout on mobile so tried PayPal and that worked fine. Same issue on multiple orders.

There is really no limitations on what you can purchase. It is as good as a giftcard. When you check out, there is an area where you can click to use the moosejaw points.

Years ago this deal used to be the best time to buy high end parkas/jackets (Fjallraven, Canada Goose, etc). Doesn't seem to be the case any more though.

I'm going to guess your cashback will be invalidated by the promo code. urlhasbeenblocked and others frequently don't give any cashback when combined with promo codes.
