Does anyone know if the download version of be Deluxe allowed you to import investments? Normally you need the Premier but I have read a couple places that the download/cd version of Deluxe does this.

I believe only online version includes 1 state efile. Cd / download versions with state only include the filling of 1 state's forms. State efiles are extra $25, except for some free states like NY.
