i5 is great. Just make sure you don't get small form factor. You would only be able to add a low profile GPU to it and also need to swap out the TFX PSU. The PSU itself can cost half your computer.

the Dell 9020 SFF is similar to this Lenovo, but I believe it's one i5 generation newer. Smaller case, though; it uses a laptop DVD drive rather than a full size drive.
