I dont think it’s comparable to tcl 6. Tcl 6 is full array. It gets much deeper blacks due to LD. This set is edge lit. The comparison should be ru8000 and 7100 and other edge lit sets.

I had the 8000. return it due to DSE and the 120hz motion is awful. Other than that...the 8000 had spectacular color and contrast. But could not watch a hockey game with the center being yellow...
