Cut drywall, drill through studs , fish wires through and tap to existing outlet. Put drywall back , mud tape and paint. 3 days project at best.

I run an extension cord. It is ugly, but a bit of cable management will help. However, once you start using one, the ugly cable is such a worthwhile trade-off.
