User benchmark just runs synthetic tests. When I bought my 5700xt the benchmarks for games had 1080ti slightly ahead and the 5700 was like 10 to 15% slower than 5700xt.

It depends a lot on the power supply, what make/model? To hit XT performance you are typically talking a 20-30% increase in power draw for 10% or so greater performance, so it is a pretty big trade.

If this card only has one 8 pin connecter, you might have issues flashing the bios and keeping stability. I think all the 5700xt cards have a 8 pin + 6 pin connection.
