Monopoly is broken even straight out of the box of the original version. It is a terrible game that was built by somebody who clearly does not understand economics in the least.

I believe it's the same game. The "Plus" standalone version let's you make "custom" boards (you just get to name the properties) and there are additional rule sets. Not sure if that's in the game...
