If it is a retail store, no. Things could easily be spilled and damage merchandise. One reason why you often see "no food or drink" signs up on the merchants doors.

My Target gives out samples and has a Starbucks inside. Little sample cups and Starbucks trash discarded anywhere and everywhere. When dealing with public you have to account for pigs!!!

Stores should give free booze at the door. I would spend more money and stimulate the economy.
