No. The fans have a proprietary connector. There is a small fan control board in the case, and it does not allow PWM connections. Believe, those are fixed speed fans.

You're welcome. Yes, the Noctua 200m fan is ~25-30. It's a great fan, but you need 2 of those, and that means the case is not such a great bargain anymore.

Thank you for the truthful review Greg! I am doubtful of the “loud” noise complaint with the larger fans. Bigger fans spin at lower RPM but move equal to or more air.
