No. The fans have a proprietary connector. There is a small fan control board in the case, and it does not allow PWM connections. Believe, those are fixed speed fans.

My partner has the snow version of this and I don't think the fans are too loud. The GPU fan is easily louder (it's not a quiet one, admittedly) but unless you're expecting silence, I think it's fine.

You're welcome. Yes, the Noctua 200m fan is ~25-30. It's a great fan, but you need 2 of those, and that means the case is not such a great bargain anymore.
