Agree. Never use hard tap water. It should be distilled. A bit of dish soap. And a cup of rubbing alcohol. This garbage definitely is tap water and no alcohol. You're paying for the plastic bottle...

It's mislabeled. It will freeze below 32 degrees. You need to add a cup of rubbing alcohol to this for -20 degree weather. That's why it's $1. Fine for spring and summer.
