Great price, but the $35 refurbished Hoover (sold out now) I got from eBay around the same time (bought three of them) all outlasted this Dyson model....and do a better job cleaning, go figure......

Mine didn’t have any suction so I took it to the warranty place and they couldn’t fix it so they sent me a brand new one. The warranty place told me they didn’t recommend buying refurbished.

You most certainly do not have a 4 hp vacuum. That’s equivalent to 25 Amps on a 120V outlet, which no home has service for.
