56.5 x 32 is actual size of TV out of box (if that is an option). Don't know about panel if ordering online. You could call costco.com to see if they have any info on that.

You forget about DSE. Of course its better except for the bars and uniformity issues. Edge lit does not have as deep as blacks ...but also does not have DSE and blooming. My tv on a gray...
