Generally speaking, yes, but this card is one of the worst 5700 XT’s. You will need to RMA it under MSI’s thermal pad recall, and it’s not great even after the fix (cf Gamers Nexus).

In my experience 1070 is only good for 60-100hz gaming at that resolution. Depends on the game since CS GO would definitely run above 144 FPS. Overwatch on the other hand won't.
