You failed to read it "in-store at QuikTrip Stores and through the QT mobile app" Not "in store or QT mobile app". There is huge difference between the word AND and OR

Neither of my cards have it. I think Amex does some of these based on mailing address and vendors pay per customer for marketing.

The QTs in AZ have a mini kitchen in them where you can order food. It's decent. Now the food on the rollers is a different story. Regardless, you should just use this for gas (pay inside).

I would still disagree with that interpretation. Maybe that is the case in this particular offer since some people are reporting issues, but the wording of the terms alone doesn't give that...
