i don’t think so..... you wouldn’t want your wife to carry all that and the gas tank in one trip. Please think of her poor back ....and suggest she make small multiple trips.

Just got it and used it to cook a Ribeye cap steak. It did a great job. Seasoned it with vegetable oil. Only criticism is I felt low is still not low enough and it still kept searing the steak almost...

Absolutely! Having some ventilation is nice if you're cooking at high heat or for long periods of time. But, it's no different than using a gas range. I cook on mine indoors several times a week...
