Cigars included are meh at best (maybe 2 descent ones) and you can throw that humidor away, or use it maybe for your cutters, lighters and so on. Not anywhere close to being good for actual cigar...

For $20 and 10 sticks, it's hard to complain. You definitely get what you pay for, it doesn't come with a hygrometer so it's really more for short-term storage.
