I have one of these. It gets hot under zero load. The color wheel can disable features so you need to tape that up, and I never got power monitoring to work under homeseer.

On the Monoprice site, it has a picture of the back with a UL Listed Surge Protective Device 4MT2 M418355L1. While it isn't Z-Wave+, it does appear to be UL Listed.
