Costco does $130 off a set of 4 on Bridgestone or Michelin from time to time. With Discount tire, you could double dip - this rebate and a manufacturer rebate if there is any promotion.

I go to the tire repair shops and get them to mount them for 8-12 bucks a tire. Walmart also mounts for around 10-12 bucks a tire, as long as you dont have aftermarket rims.
