I dont think people are referring to the Pharmacy. Some Walgreens have a Photo Drive Thru which is a window opening up to their photo department. Opposite corners of the building.

App sucks. Would not allow me to access stored picture, only upload new ones. Went online on my PC and was able to order the enlargement and use the code.
