"and squat rack" Dimensions are 65" H x 49.5" W x 73" L. Good luck if you are over 6ft trying to do squats with this thing, you are already starting 1/3 of the way down.

The arms are not long enough to safely squat. If you fail you must fail forward to catch the bar. I would never bet my back on always failing in a certain way. Sold mine and got a Rogue squat...

This model is terrible. It's unstable and unsafe. Someone said it up above: the barbell holders get in the way of the movement. That person is indeed correct. Anyways, *HARD PASS* on this thing....

I don’t have this specific model but have the golds gym version that is exactly the same. I can tell u that the preacher curl bar came right off its weld in 3 days of owning it will only 70lbs on it....
