With T-Mobile you can get an e-sim and on your iPhone use it as your 2nd number. To my knowledge only ATT & Tmobile prepaid allow for eSims.

Why would anyone consider this over ATT Prepaid plan: https://www.att.com/prepaid/. They offer same plan for $15 with better perks. Oh, and better coverage.
