It did, one week on the nose. I wasn't sure if there was going to be some sort of dead period where you didn't have access, but the account was still "active" for 24-48 hours.

Yes. In fact Game Pass for Windows and Game Pass for Xbox have different libraries. Game Pass Unlimited gives you both.

Just one account. You have to add that account on both consoles. You can do this with PS+ subscription too. The main account only need to add games to their account and the rest of the user on that...
