That is incorrect. The 425, 423, and 421 are all 2019 model year TVs, just slight variants of each other. From the Rtings review:

Not gonna happen. That is still selling for $1100 + even when on sale. And that is the 2018 version. The 2019 version with QLED wasn't even made in a 75".
