Depends on the seller and if warranty is valid. I’ve never had any issues with refurbished direct from Bose.

Got these a couple of weeks ago. Arrived in white refurb box but headphones and all accessories appeared brand new. Cables, etc were sealed in bags. Everything has been working perfectly.

For $50 always better to get the new one. Bose refurbished products are not consistent in quality. Saying based on personal experience, 1 out of 4 times had to exchange a refurb

Same here. The NC700 NCM2 fit perfectly however they do not currently pair with the 2019 Shield TV.

I purchased bose soundlink over ear refurbished from Bose on ebay, they appeared new but the battery is draining very fast. Some thing is not right with these mfg refurbs. Be careful.

If you don't care about ANC then do not even consider ANC headphones because you're going to pay a premium for it. These CQ35s are quite comfortable as the name implies, but I prefer the sound...

That was the only reason stopping me from getting qc 35. I bought a NC 700 which doesn't give me the headaches. Its not as light or compact as qc 35, but has great microphones and nice design.

My experience are kind opposite. It’s the most comfortable ones and good noise canceling. But sound quality is probability only worth $100.
