they are all 1800 watts.. you can 2 times the food in the bigger ones.. but it will take twice as long to cook.
1800 watts is 6100 btu... which is what the simmer burner puts out on a cook top......

If it doesn't come with a rotating basket to cook fries, wings etc in, then it ain't worth it! I'm not into babysitting my food. I throw the fries in the basket hit rotate and in 13 minutes it's done!
