Yep, I've used it to stream Google Earth to the Quest. It's a little laggy when flying around, but works fine when you're stationary or in street view.

I just got done playing around with it and was hovering over my house...from 5 years ago but it worked flawlessly. My Alienware laptop was about 12 feet away from the headset.

I would say it is critical to connect your PC via Ethernet. Having both of your Quest and your PC connected to Wi-Fi would potentially impact performance and latency
