I just felt my 12’s were different than the 11’s also. Mine didn’t fall apart but they just felt cheaper.

i like the cushioning of the ghosts but the padding around the ankles just dont last. I've had 2 pairs and they both did the same thing. They started tearing after only a few months.

The Brooks Ghost is a neutral shoe, whereas the On Cloudflyer is a stability shoe. I'd also guess that the Ghost may be more cushioned.

And wide! Although I had issues with the ghost 12 not holding up as long as the 11. Had separation of the fabric and ripping on both shows near the arches and toes. Their great customer service...

I like the design of the 12 better but the 11’s lasted longer. I think I barely got 200 miles of pavement on the 12’s and over 350 on the 11’s
