Reports I know its not this set but I almost crapped when I seen the comments at reddit about C9 with 5% grey scale.....seriously it's traumatic and I don't even own the set.

Nah I haven’t seen any banding. Had to look that word up didn’t know what it was. Really haven’t seen any defects screen looks outstanding.

I was wondering about that too...ordered the TV Tuesday, got tracking Wednesday, and received it Friday no issues. No dead pixels, no cracks or anything. Been using it a lot since.

Both of these things are hardly what I would call nerfing. You'll never see 48gbps signals on your TV anyway and DTS decoding is done by any $20 streamer if it's of that big importance

Correct. C9 and CX are 10-bit panels and XSX/PS5 will look amazing on either set.
