Most of these are simply dust masks being sold as surgical masks. Unless the description reads "medical" / "surgical" mask or gives filtration %, it provides the same protection as a fabric mask...

I remember guideline from 3M for N95 is 8 hours. They should be replaced if wet even before 8 hours.
