At that particular HD. I knew it was going to ring up at $69 since BS didn't show clearance. The purpose was to buy and return/rebuy when stores began showing on BS as clearance.

Yellow sticker usually means discontinued item. Could be by the manufacturer or the warehouse. It will vary warehouse by warehouse

For HD, BS just shows clearance without price. You have to go to the store to confirm the inventory and price.
