I dunno, that seems unlikely. Three Cs says that the lowest historical price (from Amazon) is $1.97. And that's using 9 years of data.

Fertilize the soil in pots to keep flowers etc growing healthier. Or kill them apparently if dose is too much. I would probably start of with half a stick at very edge of pot and for one plant only...

Just buy a liquid soluble fertilizer, dilute, and foliar feed in the morning once per week (spray the leaves). You will need much less fertilizer and the plant will absorb it much more efficiently....
