Good price, but keep in mind this is no good for air travel, way beyond fcc limit. So no good for travel indeed, coz you do not need a power bank if you have your car with you.

Just use a 3 prong to 2 prong adapter from home depot. Works just fine on my Lenovo. There's no reason that a laptop power supply needs to be grounded for safety.
