Definitely not "better" as in quality. If your a DIY at home and not a professional that uses tools everyday, it's good enough and you just can't beat the price.

Not all of their tools. I have a hammer and flat bar from Harbor Freight that I use every day for years. I'm a roofer, and they have given me zero problems.

My handyman friend says don’t be an idiot and buy harbor freight tools. Just because it’s cheap doesn’t mean it’s good too. And whatever you do, never trust HF locking pliers.
