Really? I have sony wf-1000xm3 and galaxy buds and think these aren't actually that bad. Especially for being a quarter of the price. I actually think these are pretty nice. They're decently loud...

I have the black version, decent earbuds and worth the price. I've done some phone calls and the work well, but mainly use them for audiobooks and music when working in the yard.

Coupon worked for me. Though I had to apply the coupon twice, once on the item page, once in cart. I don't need them (I'm happy with my cheapo $40 SoundCores) but for $20 I'll give these a shot....
