Actually the console will have the upper hand, early talk is it's about equal to a 2070s and a cpu with more cores, also have to factor in optimization always seems to pull more out of a console...

That one is a 2060 Super, which is a decent video card, compared to this which is a 2070 Super. Depends on the games you play as a 2060 Super is a good & capable video card.

Next gen is on the horizon, even consoles are gonna be using 8 core ryzens, expect performance to be meh in many ports. An i5 with a super 2070 is a horrible pairing.
