I'd wouldnt assume you cant combine with a manufacturer's rebate. maybe just no other DT offers.. YMMV it might also depend on if a manufacturer's rebate is for DT only or available anywhere.\

I definitely have received free rotations because I have taken my van in with OEM tires after Toyota wanted to charge me $100 for a rotation, but after that I started buying all my tired from them.

They hit you with installation and two other charges automatically unless you ask to have them removed. One is "certificate", ie warranty which I know you can remove.
