I'd wouldnt assume you cant combine with a manufacturer's rebate.
maybe just no other DT offers..
YMMV it might also depend on if a manufacturer's rebate is for DT only or available anywhere.\

Cannot be combined with other offers weakens it quite a bit. Would be decent if you could stack this $50.00 with the DT Credit Card Rebate and any Manufacture rebate.
