For Lowe’s this is probably great news. Generally homedepot has always had the edge on power tools with Ryobi one+, rigid, and Milwaukee. Lowe’s has great lines like Kobalt and some lesser known ones...

Yeah, the first model year will probably be getting the kinks out and see what needs to be tweaked. Two 10Ah batteries with room for six sounds expensive :)

I am going to wait another year and see the reviews for any issues in the first gen zero turn. Rumor has it that it will come with two 10 Amp batteries and can hold up to six batteries.

At the time of my post, it wasn't announced that Lowe's was carrying them yet (or at least I didn't know about it). I still prefer HD over Lowe's in general.

Ego multi head, trimmer, blower, mower, edger, and hedge trimmer. All great tools. Home Depot discounts probably cut 40% off the retail on the lot. Will miss those deals.
