How are these compared to Bilt bars that were the rage on FP few months back? I have few still, only eat this type of food when on the go but does not hurt to stock up if it is on sale and edible lol.

To each their own I guess, but maltodextrin as the second ingredient sends me running away. Corn starch, honey, tapioca syrup: pure sugar Palm oil: turrible, high saturated fats and highly processed.

Not my favorite flavor, but all of these taste very good to me. Having whey is a bonus. Unfortunately they have very high calorie, like 350 a pop if you eat the whole thing.

Never had this flavor but I like how Gatorade bars aren't low carb. These are great if you need the calories in a convenient form factor.
