I happened to use this exact sprayer for my house this morning in the heat and it made short work of spraying my home's perimeter. I would recommend this electric one over the hand powered kind.

I used to use this but went to Bifen XTS commercial grade stuff a year ago and have never looked back since. That thing is extremely effective and long lasting against so many bugs.

I use a product called Talstar, which is a concentrate pyrethroid. You can get a gallon jug that lasts a long time. Make sure to follow the mixing instructions and use PPE. Can be bought on amazon...
