This is actually a pretty darn good deal for 32gb at cl16. I was expecting cl18 at this price. Side note: Who’s names their company “TeamGroup”? That’s like naming your company “HumanPerson”.

Yes you can as the R11 supports 3200Mhz RAM speeds. In many Dell's, the RAM will automatically "downclock" the speed due to motherboard limitation of only 2666Mhz.

According to Dell, yes. It says that you have to enable XMP to get the correct speed, and can replace your 16gb, with up to two of these (2x2 per, for 4 slots) for a max of 64gb....
