Oh...and I honestly missed the 1660 Ti in the title. When I originally replied to the "upgrade" question, I looked at the specs listed in the body of the post...it doesn't show a GPU :-)

I did. As I said above, my 450W recommendation was strictly sharing want NVidia recommends. But I'm sure you're right, that Lenovo would sell this configuration without testing to ensure the PSU...

Did you read the specs? This PC currently HAS a 1660 in it. And it runs fine with 310W PSU. Lenovo must have tested it for thousands of hours to make sure 310w is sufficient.

That's nonsense. This PC has 1 GTX1660 in it and it has 310W PSU. People always say "you need bigger psu", but most of time it's nonsense.

this clears the minimum reqs, but not by much. since VR can cause motion sickness if the rig isn't up to the task, i'd personally try to play it safe and get a beefier build.

In this setup, you can add 1 RAM stick to make it 32GB. No need to add SSD - it has one. Can add 1 or 2 HDD. Can also easily upgrade CPU to 9700 or 9900.
