its pretty high. maybe 10 feet or more. but gets some rain, thats why i have been looking for running a wire out and putting the camera outside it closer to the wall where no rain goes.

i guess this is mounted on the ceiling. if so, you can take out one of the glass panels and put the camera inside facing outwards. what is the height of the light fixture?
