Nope. Under the T&C's, Amex has until 90 days beyond 12/31/20, but the statement credits for these sort of Amex offers generally post within a few days.

100 is the limit on AMEX offers. Once you add them to your card you will get new ones if they're available after a little time. Give that a try.
