You should not need the High torque for most stuff in small trucks, SUVs and passenger cars.

New mid torque will have 550 ft-lbs of fastening and 650 ft-lbs of loosening torque, and is smaller. But this is a smoking deal.

I replaced my entire front end on my 2004 Dodge Ram in St. Louis. Plenty of rust and this went right thru it. Took off all these parts. Hardest one was the bearing nut actually but it got that too...
