I just snagged this for 249 at a local store. There were 2 more when I left. Other stores in the area had it for 349 and 317.

Decent TV, but poor implemention of HDMI 2.1 bandwidth. 120Hz 4K or 8K are better uses of the tech.

This was my thought as well... From a gaming perspective HDMI 2.1 doesn't really do anything unless it also has higher refresh rates and VRR to take advantage of it

I wouldn't say plenty of games. CoD is a rare example, the majority of current games either run at 4k 30fps or do 60fps at a lower resolution. I think Tetris is one of the 120fps games for next gen...

Dunno why you're being down voted. So many games they've shown aren't even targeting 1440p 120fps, and are aiming for 60fps at 1440p and 120fps at 1080p if you're lucky.

This might have 2.1(not sure it does), but it's a pretty mediocre(at best) TV so I'm not sure how much that matters. If it was me, I'd get the $150 TCL 55" coming up soon. Or if you want bigger, the...

You can't argue that with the gaming crowd though. The human eye can't see more than 60 frames per second (even that is pushing it). Yet they claim to need 120 fps. Maybe they have super powers.
