The Google routers have Ethernet ports which in my usage is more stable than a strictly WiFi connection. Obviously not as good as a hardwire connection of course

Google Wifi isn't as good as Nest Wifi. Google is only AC1200 I believe, and this is AC2200. Google re-released the first gen model at a lower price.
