Generally yes, it should come up as $10 when scanned. But walmarts website will almost always come up normal price.

My local store reported "limited stock" of Tsum Tsum on BS but had two copies locked in the cabinet. The shelf tag still said $29.83, but it rang up at $10.

Since you seem unfamiliar with brickseek it's worth pointing out that their inventory counts are not always accurate. In fact I'd say that 4 out if 5 times when it says a location has plenty of stock...

Should be in locked cabinet. Need Walmart employee to unlock. My Walmart stated it for $30. When scanned showed $10. And that's why they didn't know.
