This looks just like the deal I did in 2017 to get my GTX 1080 when they were selling for $1,000 alone. The cost of the whole PC was about the same as the GPU alone.

Easiest way would be to replace the 3080 with a more readily available GPU and sell the entire thing as a complete system.
